Skies Electrical (Scotby Close, Carlisle) uses this page to explain what happens to details you send through the website.

What we collect

If you use the quote form, we receive the name, phone, email and message you type in. If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we see whatever you choose to send.

What we use it for

Only to reply, quote, and carry out the work you asked about. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to quote and, if you go ahead, to do the job and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a job.

Who sees it

Luke at Skies Electrical. If the live site uses Netlify Forms, that service also stores the form submission so we can read it.

Your rights
